Refund Policy of FazaileQuranOnline
We offer a full refund if the student decides to withdraw before the start of classes. Once the classes are confirmed and the student has attended at least one class, refunds are not available.
If, for any reason on our part, we are unable to provide the scheduled classes after payment has been made, we will process a refund after deducting a refund fee.
In the case that you hold your classes for any reason, the remaining balance can be transferred to the following month’s classes. However, if the refund amount exceeds the paid fee, we cannot provide a refund in such cases.
