Terms of Service for Using Fazaile Quran
By registering for Quran classes at Fazaile Quran or enrolling your child as a student, you agree to the following Terms of Service and Conditions:
Recording of Classes
- All classes are recorded for quality assurance purposes. If you are not comfortable with this, please inform us. Our privacy policy also covers this.
Fee Payment and Trial Classes

After completing the free trial classes, you must decide whether to continue with Fazaile Quran. If you choose to continue, fees must be paid in advance during the last week of each month for the upcoming month. Classes may be paused if payment is not made on time.
Overdue Payment

Fazaile Quran reserves the right to stop the classes if the payment is overdue by more than 7 days without valid reason.
Reservation of Slots

If you wish to pause the classes and resume them with the same teacher at the same time, Fazaile Quran will charge the full fee per student for reserving the time slot.
Leave Policy

Any leave taken is considered paid, and no make-up classes will be provided for it. If you take leave for more than 5 days, no make-up classes will be offered due to scheduling conflicts. Classes missed by the student will not automatically be rescheduled.
Missed Classes

If a student misses a class without prior notice (except in emergencies), it will be marked as an absence, and no make-up classes will be arranged. If prior notice is given, make-up classes may be arranged based on availability.
Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a class, you must notify the teacher via Skype or email at least 6 hours in advance to arrange for a make-up class.
Absence for Two Weeks

If a student remains absent for more than two weeks without prior notice, Fazaile Quran reserves the right to cancel the classes, and no refund will be issued.
Confidentiality of Contact Information

Do not share your personal contact information, such as phone numbers, email addresses, or credit card details, with teachers. Fazaile Quran will not be held responsible for any misuse.
Teacher Changes

Fazaile Quran reserves the right to change teachers at any time to maintain the quality of teaching.
Teacher Resignation or Termination

If a teacher resigns or is terminated, the student will be assigned a new teacher. Students should not remain in contact with the teacher, and Fazaile Quran is not responsible for any issues arising from such contact.
Fee Increases

Fazaile Quran reserves the right to increase fees by 6-7% annually, based on the terms of service, typically at the end of each Gregorian calendar year.
Communication Regarding Payments

You are not permitted to discuss payments or share your contact details with teachers. In case of any issues, Fazaile Quran will not be responsible.
Fee Variation

Fees may vary in accordance with Fazaile Quran’s policies and terms of service.
Eid Holidays

Eid holidays are paid time off for teachers. These holidays are included in the monthly fees, and no make-up classes or refunds are provided for the holidays.
Revisions to Terms of Service

Fazaile Quran reserves the right to revise the Terms of Service and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website.
Applicability

These Terms of Service and Conditions apply to all students.
By enrolling in classes, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
